Ferien var i varme Tyrkia, på et sted som heter &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Kemer&lt;/span&gt;. Helt strålende!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Hadde selvsagt tatt med min &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Forerunner&lt;/span&gt; 305. Pågangsmotet var der, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;forholdene&lt;/span&gt; lå til rette, publikum &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;jublet&lt;/span&gt; - men det var det. Løpe i varmen, med en luftfuktighet som i snitt lå på 50 % under løpeturen, ble i det meste laget! På det høyeste var den oppi 70 % - går ikke &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;ann&lt;/span&gt; å løpe da, når gradestokken viser over 30 grader:-). Ordtaket "...løpe i en badstue..." fikk en ny betydning for meg. Ser imidlertid på MotionBased at formen også begynner å komme når det gjelder løping - det er positivt!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Ser frem til dagen jeg kanskje klarer en løpetur med 11 km/t i snitt. Hadde likevel en veldig bra tur med &lt;a href="http://harderetrening.blogg.no/"&gt;Stovnerlosen&lt;/a&gt;. Stovnerlosen er i god rute før Birken - blir spennende å se resultetet. Jeg klarte å sette ny rekord med antall syklede km - men 79.98 a gitt - kom igjen MotionBased - dere kunne gitt meg de siste 200 metrene:-)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Møtte Stoverlosen på Hammeren og syklet derfra langt langt inn i marka. Det gikk fint å sykle tross været - men grusen fra Hakkloa var det sykeste jeg har vært med på! Usedvanlig tungt, var som å sykle å gjørme.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Ellers var turen hjemover tung - merket jeg fikk det i første tunge bakke etter Kikut - det sa bare pang, og musklene i bena stivnet helt. Her kan jeg følge med, å logge all trening jeg holder på med. Det være seg sykling, løping, styrke og innebandy. Skal bli spennende å se videre utvikling. Utvikling og &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;fremgang&lt;/span&gt; kommer i grafer, tabeller og greier:-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Er ikke helt fornøyd med benkpress i dag - fatter ikke at det kan forsvinne så mye styrke i løpet av sommeren (?)...pytt pytt..Gjør ikke noe. Forsøkte å ligge i sone tre hele veien. Klarte ikke det engang. Men hadde også som mål å ligge mellom 150-155 i snittpuls - det fungerte bra! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Hadde ikke noe å by på i dag. Holdt ikke med to Energybarer og drikke gitt. For første gang i historien - til meg å være - klarte jeg å løpe over 10 km i en og samme økt - &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;digg&lt;/span&gt;!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg klarte å starte rolig, og heller gi på mer etter hvert utover i løpet. Ser ut som dette gjør at jeg klarer å holde ut lenger, og at mine tidligere løp med bånn gass &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;fra&lt;/span&gt; start, nå er historie. Kanskje &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;EnergyBaren&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;fra&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Maxim&lt;/span&gt; gjorde underverker i dag?? Men hva gjør vel det:-). Kjenner det i lårene nå. En joggetur dagen etter en hard sykkeltur, føles ikke helt bra. Litt irriterende og ikke klare snittfart på 11.0 km, men det kommer vel etter hvert (?).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Likevel synes jeg det gikk greit å løpe opp til Nydalen. Nedover trodde jeg det skulle gå greit - men for alle som lurte - å løpe i nedover bakke er ingen spøk - tungt som bly! Og noen ganger stoppet bare lårene å fungere..:-)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg kommer aldri til å bli noen løper - men hva gjør vel det. Tungt å trene når solen steker utenfor. Men om sommeren er det viktig for meg å bare holde formen ved like - trene meg opp kan jeg gjøre i høst/vår sesongen:-). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Klarte likevel å pushe meg litt ekstra på biceps, så kjenner nok det i morgen. Ellers forbanner jeg meg over at jeg ikke klarer så mange hang &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;ups&lt;/span&gt;! Klarte åtte i dag - hva er det som skjer?? Merker fortsatt at jeg er bly i bena. Føler likevel at det gikk høvelig greit. Syklet nesten til Kikut, men snudde grunnet mistenkelige mørke skyer og noen vindkast som ikke lignet grisen! Hadde tankene mine på gårsdagen utrolige lys-og lydshow over Oslo som tok nattesøvnen fra meg. Turen ble derfor Nydalen - Maridalen - (nesten) Kikut og tilbake igjen. Nesten 36 km...denne turen gjør at jeg bare har enda mer respekt for Tour de France gutta:-). Hvordan i all verden klarer de å sykle 3 uker i strekk?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gj.snittspulsen min lå på 156 bpm så jeg har enda litt mer å gå på. Men da bør jeg nok være mer utvilt enn i dag. Men skal ikke klage - trening er trening selv på en dårlig dag.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Så nå blir det velfortjent mat..noe så sunt som kyllig og ris fra Spice:-)....me likes!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Føler likevel at jeg har fått godt utbytte av denne økten. Alt i alt er jeg fornøyd. Føler meg litt tung i bena etter sykkeltur lørdag, søndag og mandag. Men det gjør ikke noe. Trening er trening, og det skal gjennomføres.
